I worked in an English training school center to teach Chinese students learning English. In that class, we also speak English. The teacher speaks English and wants to give them the full English time. We want to give them the full time we want to teach the students to speak English, the full time to provide a full English environment. But I find it is a little difficult to let them understand and express all.

There are many advantages: it can be used to any age, less stress for student ; easy to implement; perfect for team Building.

For example the steps about TPR

l   I say you do all together,

l   I say you do but one by one,

l   you say you do.

We also can use this way to let them speak out. For example. The teacher does the action and say about animals. The kids can understand and follow you quickly. We play the games: Say what I say; do what I do.

The another language barrier is the problem of communicating is lack of vocabularies. That's the most difficult problem for the students is how to remember so many different kinds of vocabularies. When we learn the TESOL we can know the different teaching methods such as graphic method. What is Graphic Method? Tt is a simple and effective tool to help students brainstorm and organize their thoughts and ideas in a visual presentation. It can be used for any lesson, to structure writing, brainstorming, planning, problem solving, or decision making. The most popular used are KWL chart, and T Chart. For example, when we learn the topic is transportation, if we list all the Kinds of transportation vocabularies on the whiteboard. I don't remember them quickly. But if we use the different maps, such as bubble maps, a tree maps, and etc. Make a brainstorm or organize these materials is easy to figure out.

Whether in teaching or examination is a major language reading difficulties in teaching. In order to improve students' reading ability. The teacher always prepare study materials and assignments for classroom link. Students read a lot of materials about reading but their reading ability are still not very well. what's the problem, how to solve this problem. When we learn we can we solve this problem using teaching methods. This. Teaching method is content concerned language learning. Now, how to use this method to teach, we should teach the vocabulary in the passage or learn the meaning of vocabulary in the context. We can directly get the information about the words and guess the meaning.

We teach students English as the second language, now we should care about or who are they, how old are they, and what kind of learning style. Now we according different learning styles, now we can use different ways to teach them efficiently. There are eight kinds of learning style.

1.Visual Learners

For those students who prefer it when information is visually presented. Let the learners view pictures, real objects, and video, rather than detailed written or spoken information.

Exercise: Presenting charts，graphs，or pictures and photographs to the class.

2.Aural（audio）Learners

For those students who respond more favorable to sound and are able to remember more when they listen to information.

Exercise: Presenting music or songs to the class.

3.Physical Learners

For some students，the most effective educational approach involves physical interaction with things.

Exercise：incorporate activities that involve acting or dancing.

4.Verbal Learners   (Linguistic Learners)

For these students who enjoy making use of the language itself. Verbal learners enjoy rhymes and wordplay.

Exercise: Encourage group discussions

5.Logical (analytical) Learners

Logical learners are looking for patterns and trends in what they learn. They search for the connections, the reasons and results.

Exercise:

Playing material requiring problem-solving activities with students

6.Social Learners

These students prefer involving participation with others. In addition to enjoying the social interaction, they appear to gain more insight this way.

Exercise: Incorporate role-playing

7. Solitary Learners

These students who prefer to study alone. When by themselves, these individuals thrive.

Exercise:

Ask students to keep personal journals, and acknowledge their individual accomplishments.

8. Combination Learners

These students who prefer two or three learning styles’ combination.

Exercise：Distribute students in to discussion group, make a dialogue by their own, and share with others.

Because of students have different kinds of learning styles, so before we begin our class, we should do more preparations. Not only preparing different kind of materials for the children but also different teaching methods for specific students.

TESOL class is very important and useful for me to teach students. So we can prepare some videos, audios, pictures, some real objects and some other useful teaching aids. That is a good way for you to attract students and they don't lose their attention on your class.
